Centipede venom is a better pain killer than morphine!

A new study found that venom produced by centipedes is much more effective as a painkiller for humans. Centipedes use venom to paralyze their prey.

The best part about it is that researchers think drugs made from centipede venom would not become addictive, like those based off morphine. The venom doesn't block receptors, like morphine does.
